Mr. Mahender Singh; born on 20th December, 1973 is the Co-founder & Managing Director (Technical) at Marg Erp Ltd. He proudly holds a MCA degree from Delhi University. He brings in 20+ years of diverse business experience spanning in multiple industries & functions and has held numerous positions in various renowned organizations.

He has a rich experience in spearheading Pharmaceuticals Business Management and Marg Team Management. Being technically strong, he plays a key role in implementing quality systems for achieving efficiency in service delivery & support and improving client satisfaction through proactive service support within the time norms.

Mahender Singh is leading a team of testing and development who have the ability to model complex problems into easy and customized solutions for each customer type of MSME and SME segment. Apart from this; he is also heading Marg Academy with the objective of skill development for the youth for Marg Software which is helping the new & youth generation to choose their career into Marg and also giving them a great opportunity to the academy and education centers to educate and train the youth about the future demand of market which is being fulfilling by Marg.

Being an instrumental in improving services and providing annual renewal service sales growth year on year by meeting client's expectations and generating repeat business, Mahender Singh has played a key role in implementing quality solutions for achieving efficiency in service delivery and support to partners resulting in improvement of client satisfaction through proactive service support. He holds the credit for introducing various client centric initiates for e.g. he introduced a customer care center operation for all Marg partners and users and is currently running with full success and also initiated remote support operation call center to minimize the customer's downtime and to increase the efficiency of both team and Marg partners.

Mr. Sudhir Singh; born on 18th November, 1980 is the Co-founder & Managing Director (Sales & Marketing) at Marg Erp Ltd. He has an educational exposure at Premier Indian and global Institutes which have helped building a positive result oriented attitude towards his life. Being an Entrepreneur at heart, he has an extensive knowledge of Branding and Network sharing and has provided knowledge to the individuals in the area of sales and marketing to become independent sales professional and an entrepreneur in their specified domain.

Mr. Sudhir Singh started his career as a Software Developer and never lost that connection with codes. He has passionate for technology and insatiable quest to experiment with applications that have driven him to initiate his own venture in 1998. His desire to do more has driven him on the path of entrepreneurship and so he started Marg. An energetic and zealous entrepreneur, Mr. Sudhir Singh is a pragmatic visionary who has redefined success in his own terms.

He spotted a huge gap in the IT infrastructure of Pharmaceutical industry and offered them a custom solution. His persistent determination, dedication and path breaking decisions have transformed a humble initiative with minimal capital into a leading organization. It is because of his good leadership skills and qualities that Marg team and partners have become a good sales leader to provide quality and customized solutions to the world. He also leads to creating strategy, capability development, brand awareness and in growth & expansion of business in order to make our presence in India and across the world.

Shailendra Pal Singh; born on 8th May, 1972 brings in 22+ years of diverse and enriching business experience mainly in the Software industry and holds a strong position of Executive Director at Marg Erp Ltd.

He holds a B.Sc. degree in PCM and a PG Diploma from a well-renowned Indian Multinational Company NIIT that offers learning management and training delivery solutions to corporations, institutions and individuals.

It is because of in-depth knowledge of Shailendra Singh in different segments, industries and domains; Marg Compusoft is able to deliver the best software solutions to the SMEs & MSMEs.
