Sudhir Singh has partnered with the government's Skill Development Mission to
establish skill
development centers in remote areas of India, such as Naxal-affected
districts
in
Chhattisgarh and insurgency-hit areas in the North-Eastern states and Jammu
and
Kashmir.
These centers aim to help marginalized young people, and so far, over 25,000
youths have
benefited from these programs and found employment opportunities.
Sudhir Singh has also set up Marg Academies across India, where over 25,000
young
people have
been trained in Marg software. They have been hired as operators and sales
executives,
earning good salaries. Additionally, Sudhir Singh has initiated the "Super

Training"
program, which helps rural young people become entrepreneurs. The selected
participants
receive free entrepreneurship training and financial support to start their
businesses. So
far, this program has developed over 100 entrepreneurs across India.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Sudhir Singh and his organization, HASI, have
played a crucial
role in providing assistance. They distributed essential supplies like
medicines, protective
equipment, masks, sanitizers, and food to needy people. Thakur Anup Singh
raised
funds for
COVID-19 relief and ensured access to medical services and facilities for
COVID-19 patients.
HASI also collaborated with other organizations to set up a facility with
400
beds for
COVID-19 patients.
To help people during the pandemic, Sudhir Singh, Thakur Anup Singh &
Mahender
Singh together
created a platform called 'Marg Mart' that provided information about the
availability of
medicines. They also introduced contactless ordering through a QR code
system,
allowing
customers to order without physical contact with the staff. Online training
programs were
also conducted to equip young people with skills and prepare them for future
job
opportunities.

In August 2014, after reaching half of his goals, Sudhir Singh founded the
Human
Association for Smiling India (HASI) to continue his father's legacy of
patriotism and
support underprivileged children and families in enhancing their quality of
life. HASI's
primary objective is to empower people from diverse backgrounds with
education,
support, and
essential resources.
