How to Reset EPFO Password</b

  • Open the EPFO/UAN e-Sewa Portal in your browser.
  • You will see the Login panel on the right side of your screen.
  • Click on ‘Forgot Password’
  • Now, you will be asked to enter your Universal Account Number (UAN)
  • Enter your Universal Account Number (UAN)
  • Then, Verify the captcha
  • In the next step, You will receive your One Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number.
  • Type that OTP and ‘Submit it’.
  • You will be redirected to the ‘Change the password’ page.
  • Now, enter the password
  • And Select ‘Confirm’.

What are the Steps for e-KYC for Employees Provident Fund Organization?

  • Log in to the e-Sewa portal by submitting your UAN and password
  • Click on ‘Manage’
  • Select ‘KYC’
  • Fill in your KYC details using Aadhaar, Voter ID Card, PAN, Driving Licence, Passport, Ration Card, Bank Details, and National Population Register.
  • Click on the box of the given KYC
  • Click on ‘Save’.
  • Now, the portal will show that your data will be under ‘Pending KYC’
  • Next, the details will be verified by the EPFO
  • Your KYC details will be updated once they are verified.

How to Claim Funds at EPFO Portal?

You can claim for partial or full withdrawal of EPF funds in case you have your UAN and Aadhaar Number linked. You can claim funds in the duration of employment or/and at the time of retirement through claim settlement forms (Form 31, 19 & 10C).
